Return and Refunds

1. The provision of goods and services by veldt is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, veldt will refund the client in full within 30 days.

2. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with part or all of your purchase, you may return the item/s within 10 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, a credit voucher or a full refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items back if they are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed or damaged.

3. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.  We will only issue a refund for the costs of return postage where the item returned is faulty.

4. Please note that you need to inform us of your intention to return the product and send us the tracking number for pre-paid courier. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or posted via the South African Post Office.
